When you are greeted by a friendly voice from our telephone exchange at Heerbrugg headquarters or are given a charming welcome as a visitor there, the people responsible for this are members of Central Services staff.
Central Services perform a wide variety of duties in the service of our customers, all visitors to headquarters and staff.
Reception and telephone exchange
